Company Details

(The German Act for Telemedia Services (“Telemediengesetz”) requires all dealers to publish their full Company details alongside any advert shown in Germany.
Not showing your Company's Registration details may result in you receiving a solicitors letter so we recommend that you enter the requested information.
You are required to list:

• your company name
• if your company name does not include your own name you must also show your own name (eg A.Smith trading as Wheelerdealer)
• your address for correspondence
• your contact details (phone number, fax number if you have one, email address)
• your VAT registration number, if you’re registered for VAT
• the company’s full legal name
• any trading names that it uses
• where the company is registered eg England
• the registered company number
• the registered office address
• the correspondence address (if different from your registered address)
